Need help: sega hang on accelerator spring installation

I am trying to reassemble a sega hang on accelerator handle. I can’t figure out the tension spring on how to get it into the plastic housing. Does anyone have any pictures showing the spring placement?

i figures out the issue. You need to start with the accelerator handle upside down. Rotate the handle 180 degrees clockwisewith the spring installed to put tension on the spring then install the other half of the casing.
