Looks homemade to me or a prototype of something...but interesting design none the less.  Head-to-head playing with the monitor below and (assuming) a one-way mirror for each player side?  I'd imagine it played a vector game that doesn't matter if the image was upside down for one player....kinda like a head-to-head cocktail, but in standup mode.

Did you buy it?

well not buy, have a deal with a guy who gets cab's and i convert them to run mame for him.

control panel looks like it was drilled for single joysticks each side, but current look to have buttons (2 sets per side) for track and field/ konami 88 etc.

single 19" monitor in horizontal position with a glass bezel.

certainly not homemade, but does not appear to have any branding i can find.

So there are no mirrors?  Do you just look through the bezel at the monitor at the bottom?  If you believe it to be original, I'd research it a bit more before mame'ing.    Could be worth a lot if you can restore it and its a prototype or rare cab of somekind.
