I went to that auction in Cherry Hill, NJ right before Christmas...picked up a U.N. Squadron game that works great and a Neo Geo that has no cartridge and has a broken monitor neck.  The Neo Geo cab only cost $30 and is gonna make an awesome MAME cabinet I think.  I plan on just sticking a computer monitor in mine.

Does your Neo-Geo cab have a 37" wide control panel?
How wide is the cabinet itself?

There were 2 Neo-Geo units at the last show.  One was a narrow unit with a standard control panel, the other a wide unit (29"?) with a 37" control panel.  Both went for quite a bit more than I expected.

Hi Sephroth,

Looks like you and Crapjoint could work out a deal . . . he has a 49-way cab and wants to convert it to 8-way.  You have an 8-way and want to convert it to 49-way.

Seems like you could just swap parts with each other.

well i figured out the speaker problem, i looked in the manual that came with the cabinet, and in the pinout for the JAMMA connector pin 11 & M are positive and negative for right side speaker, well i look at the connector and theres no wires in those slots. sooo i guess all i have to do is run a wire from those pins to my speaker. im gonna use a stock 6x9 speaker i had in my car that i replaced, and ill probably switch the one in there with the matching car speaker since it looks old.
