Disassembling a Cabinet

I'm new to all of this. But I recently acquired a broken Marvel Superheroes vs. Street Fighter cabinet. I would like to convert it to a MAME cabinet. I've already ordered a raspberry pi 3 and I am very familiar with RetroPie. What I don't know is how to take the cabinet apart. How would I go about doing this?

The monitor, is the worst of it, Bulky, heavy, and quite dangerous, (there is a sticky thread around here somewhere)....But back up a bit hun, How "Broke" is this machine?, And how much disassembly are we talking about?

Monitor no longer works. Just looking to remove the internals and put my own in. Have no idea if anything else is broken in the machine except for the monitor.

Most likely its not very broken, if at all, However, if you were to post some pics of it, You most likely will get a pile of answers to your questions.
