Increase brightness of RGBII Drive LEDs?
« on: August 09, 2017, 01:57:12 am »
Hey guys,

I've been using the RGBII Drive LED's with Electric Ice buttons for the past couple years - I was wondering if there's anyway to pump up the brightness for these LEDs, to get better color penetration on the ICE buttons. It looks OK, just not as fly as some vids that I've seen online.

I noticed that Groovy Game Gear sells new Helio9 LED boards - has anyone tried these? Are there any other competitors on the market that are super bright and vivid and do it all justice? I just don't want to have to rewire everything if it's only gonna be marginally better.

Any suggestions help!

Thanks
