Hi,

My LED wiring is causing my Xin-Mo board to switch on/off some buttons. It only happens when the LED wiring is right up against my button wiring....but it is happening. I guess the cause is some sort of induction/mangetic field messing with my switch wires.

Some details -
12V  1A power supply for my LED's.
Xin Mo PCB Board
Raspberry Pi 3
Two LED strips and 20 LED bulb buttons being used.

Does anyone have any ideas? I know I can rewire to keep distance between the LED wires and my button wires but I'm tight on space and was wondering what others have done.

You should not be getting any induction issues on a 12v LED circuit.
When you say the cables are "close" do you mean they are close enough to short out?
If so I would start looking there.

Also to clarify when you say switch on/off do you mean the switch is sticking in one position? Ie open/closed?

If so your wiring loom could be catching the switch and holding it (this happened to me once!)

So,  this is fixed.

My power supply for the LEDs was the problem - just replaced it with an exact same model and no problems. If I open it up and find out something I'll post it.

Very strange.  Sounds like it might have been a "noisy" transformer in the supply you replaced.  Unless you re-arranged some of the wiring when replacing it.
