Pandoras Box 4s- no video?
« on: January 13, 2017, 08:49:19 pm »
Hey everyone- total noob here.  Got an old arcade box from my brother in-law.  Had a JAMMA hook up so I figured the best plan would be a xxx in 1.  Installed a new power supply and everything looked good (5.2 and 12.0 on the multimeter).  Got the Pandora's box delivered and hooked it in-- worked for a few minutes (joysticks and buttons did not) and coin slot wasn't hooked up yet.  Removed the JAMMA hookup.  A few minutes later hooked it back in and there was no video (using the VGA to a 19" monitor).  Still get sound but just a grey fade on the screen.  Any thoughts?  I've tried different cables and a different monitor.  Is the box fried?

I doubt it is fried. I am not familiar with Pandora's box, are there dip switches? I know my 60 in 1 needs a certain dip switch turned on for VGA to work.
