ultimate io problems

hello everybody...i am from german and i try in english....

i habe build an arcade cap, with ultimate io and frontend hyperspin..
my problem is the fine tuning..

led blinky dont want do so realy no games are correct...controls ini ?? colors ini ???

and cant programming ultimate with xpadder dont work....
please help me...
