Looking for a game similiar to Solar Fox but not

Okay I have been looking for a game for years, it must be rare because I only saw it onceat a Mac's Milk in Ontario Canada around 1984. I have no idea what is was called and I have scanned many game pics off the internet for it. Today I play solar fox for the first time on my Mame and realize that this game is very similiar but still not it. Does this give anybody ideas on what it could be. I also seem to think it had the same sounds as the Cone game in Tron...

And it's not Solar Wolf either

Any help would be appreciated.....
