Replacement Cosmetic Parts for metal coin door?
« on: January 22, 2004, 07:57:07 am »
I have a coin door that came with a cabinet I got a while ago, and it's in decent shape, except both of the coin return "bezels" are cracked and missing the bottom half, and the flaps are missing.

Does anyone know where i can get replacement metal parts for these?
Happs only has plastic parts, unfortunately :(

And the brand of the coin door is...?????

Coinco (Coin Acceptors), Coin Controls, Happ Controls, Asahi Seiko, Wico and others make (or made) coin doors over the years.

A picture of the door and pieces would be helpful as there are many different types out there.  Even Happs has a few different models.

Yep, there are different eras/versions of doors out there. Later doors use 'quick release' coin chute mounting brackets as per JAMMA standards.
