  • I want to build my own arcade controls!
Hey guys.. just a quick question. Im wanting to build one of these cabs. My friend had one for his mame and i thought it was a wonderful setup and size. I can estimate the dimensions and throw something together in sketchup for my reference. But before i do, i wanted to know if any one has seen dimensions online, or perhaps could maybe measure one they have? I mainly need the sides, which are all straight angles and shouldnt be too hard to measure. Id be happy to compensate for time if need. If not, does this style cab have a particular name? Golden tee has so many versions and cabs, that i dont know how to refer to this build to atleast narrow down my searches. My friends is quite old so obviously not a 2016. Were these golden tee cab dedicated? conversions?  thank you for any help :)

so i see its a funco 32" commercial cabinet. I can estimate measurements and come up with something, but if there for some reason are plans available, id appreciate the hookup. thanks!

ah... to clarify, i moved from long island new york, to oregon... so there is just about as much of america in between us as can be :(
i want to ask him to do it but i feel bad. hes an older dude.. not "old" but older.. family and such. he dedicates a lot of time in his garage to all his games and such, but id feel bad having him out there doing all the cross measurements and such for the angles :( maybe ill see if he can, but just figured maybe there were dimensions. Like i said its an easy to eye-project, but i figured i either want it exact since i liked it, or at that point just make my custom shape. ill see if i can pull this one off. it was such a nice setup and i liked it a lot. I cant even find pics of this cabinet from side view, or someones collection. Almost every single sale page uses stock photos.
