ISO: Gear from 360 wheel Super Off-Road
« on: November 24, 2016, 09:05:46 am »
Hey everyone! Please check your parts bins! I am looking for a steering wheel gear from a Super Off-Road control panel. This is the large gear that fits on the back of the steering wheel shaft and it is the coarse thread version (they have a fine threaded one as well). I have included an image. Any help getting one or maybe two of these would be amazing. 60 tooth, 2.5" outside diameter with a 3/8" hole in the middle. Let me know what you want for it and if you will ship it to me.

Also, if you could even tell me where these gears were also used it may help me track one down.

I am also on the lookout for the red panel from a super off-road control panel. I don't need the wheel or any of the parts, just the red panel. Let me know if you have one of these.

Thanks,
n3wt0n

check with "Boston Gear" and see if they have a spur gear that matches up in "delrin" in the diametral pitch you have there. you then might be able to search up the part number on the interwebs and get one somewhere.

also... 50 or 60 teeth?... conflicting information between the text and the pic you have there.

Thanks for the suggestion of checking with Boston Gear. I will look into that. Also, its a 60 tooth. Thanks for pointing that out. I have edited post to correct it.
