Breakout style arcade games?

Is there a list of this? Such as arkanoid, etc.

My nephew loves this game but the original arkanoid is a little too hard for him

That's a series of videos I made showing most of the arcade games that use a spinner.  You'll find what you need in there.  Unfortunately, there are a lot of driving games and what so I quickly skimmed through them for you.  I might have missed some but there are plenty to choose from:

Vs. Hot Smash (fight CPU opponent, not bricks)
Gee Bee
Field Goal
Gigas
Gigas Mark II
Super Free Kick
Mahjong Block Jongbou (requires knowledge of how to play Mahjong)
Plump Pop
Tournament Table
Off the Wall
Riddle of Pythagoras
Super Breakout
Goindol
Straight Flush
Pop n' Bounce
Clowns
Cutie Q
Bomb Bee
Twin Squash
Puchi Carat
Wall Crash
Crazy Clowns (super easy redemption game)
Block Block
Peek a Boo (adult themed but can make family friendly with dip switch)
Avalance (more like Kaboom! on Atari 2600 which was inspired by this)
Domino Block (adult themed?)
Circus/Acrobat TV
Black Gal (adult themed)
Vs. Block Breaker

Quester (Namco) is also in this genre and pretty good.
