IPAC2 2015

I purchased a IPAC2 2015 from http://arcadeemulator.net/ and it was working fine. I downloaded the WinIPAC software and noticed a firmware update option and decided to try and update the firmware. Well, I must have botched it because the IPAC2 now says UHID Firmware Upgrade in device manager in windows and will not be detected anymore. I have tried different windows machines and they all detect it as UHID Firmware Upgrade.

Did I brick my IPAC2 or can I fix it???
