Arcade controls for Xtension cocktail?

Hello,

I'm buying the Xtension arcade cabinet, and doing my own controls. I was looking at the X-Arcade DIY kit for $70, http://shop.xgaming.com/products/two-player-complete-do-it-yourself-arcade-kit

Would it be cheaper and/or would the parts be higher quality if I purchased them separately (I hear some people prefer Happ or IL Euro joysticks, but I am not familiar with the differences)
