Joystick Troubleshooting.
« on: June 27, 2016, 05:05:00 pm »
Hello all, I finally finished my bartop build and everything worked great.
...Then I took apart the CP to place a the final CP graphics.
Now on P1 I can't do a quarter circle back without applying a lot of force. Forwards works like butter.
Individual directions work just fine, the shaft isn't hitting the plexiglass or wood. Actuator spins freely.
P2 works flawlessly. Both are Happ Competition 8-Ways.

These are the same sticks from a previous build. I must have had the same problem because I enlarged the microswitch mounting holes to mount them closer to the actuator.
I tried switching the P1 left microswitch with the same switch from P1 start(Not enlarged hole). No change.
Is this a known issue? Any suggestion on fixing this?

Thanks!

Also, Randy from GGG if you're reading. Took your advice and went with the Primebuttons with SST switches. AWESOME, just AWESOME man!
Also, also. Printing on Costco sucks. They cut off a part of my CP art.
