Upgrade? - MSI Radeon HD 7750 2GB
« on: June 26, 2016, 12:18:36 pm »
Hello,

I haven't had a chance to mess around with my GroovyMame PC in a while due to work, but time is freeing up some.

I was looking into upgrading my video card to a more modern MSI Radeon HD 7750 2GB. I'd like to setup 2x Windows partitions - one exclusively for GroovyMame and one for more standard games and emulation with Dolphin at 720p.

My monitor is unique in that it can sync signals ranging from 240p to 1080i and I thought it'd be easiest to do this way.

I wanted to check to ensure that this card was compatible before buying. Also, is there another card that is slightly more powerful that I should maybe consider instead? I will be keeping the PC resolution set to 720p and the CPU is a OC'd G3258.

Thanks!
