options for 4 way / 8 way joystick

I need to know what is a good 4 way joystick option,but still be able to  switch to back to 8 way?    I am using happ supers right now, so i think i would like something with the same kind of feel as that stick, but the ability to switch back of forth with relative ease.
Any suggestions or experiences ?   Maybe i just need to stick with a dedicated 4 way,but i was hoping to keep the stick clutter on my panel to a minimum lol

I have a Happ super and two T-Stick Plus's.  The T-Stick plus's can be switched from 4-way to 80-way by pulling up on the shaft and rotating it 90 degrees.

The T-stick's use a tighter spring and they have less throw than the Happ, but I think I actually prefer that.  They're certainly convenient.

Also got 2 T-Stick plus and I am happy with them. Only problem is that it is tricky to mount the cables so that they don't interfere with the 4/8 switching bracket. The T-stick plus will use another mechanism in the future that shouldn't have this problem.

The travel on the stick is very short and it took me some time to get used to. Still think it is a little to easy to accidently hit a diagonal in 8-way mode.

You also may want to check out oscarcontrols' joystick restrictors.  In case you don't know what they are, they use your existing joystick and restrict (hence the name) where the joystick can go.
