Issues compiling Mame 1.70 (32-bit, NoNag/HiScore)
« on: May 25, 2016, 08:02:19 pm »
Hey all,

I've followed every instruction to a T, as well as using MameCompiler64, and have had no luck.  I'm trying to see if there's a resource out there where I could find a 1.70 32-bit, already compiled NoNag/HiScore executable.

I know that we respect the MameDev's wishes in terms of distribution, but I just thought I'd reach out.

Thanks!

-Nick

i recently had difficulty compiling mame.  i was trying to compile mame 150, but no matter what, i just couldn't get it to work.  I ended up using an older version of the mame compiler 64 and an older version of mingw.  once i did that, it worked perfectly fine.  i'm not sure if it is the same thing that you are experiencing or not.
