Ipac programming

I have to program my IPAC everytime I turn on my cabinet.  Is this normal?

Thanks for the confirmation.  It's an older model (beginning of 2002).  I've always had to program it... after the power was off.  it's a pain.  i'll try to contact andy to see what the dealo is.
