youre fine with windows 10. i run everything on my main pc on windows 10.. while  7 and xp are very stable and will work fine probably.. at this point people will either be on the "stay with xp/7 because it works" side or the " reverting to 16 year old software doesnt really make sense" side..

i tend to get with the times. windows xp and 7 for me are for older pcs i find. if the pc can run windows 10 nicely i say go for it. Otherwise, i dont think xp or 7 will necessarily hurt. I just assume its better to stick with software that is still supported and will be updated in the future.
