We still haven't pinned down the problem. Ultimately if we can't, I will pay to upgrade to a new server with a clean install, migrate the data over, and start afresh.

Like a clock, I lose access to the forum around 10pm everyday and cannot access it again until hours later. In the morning it's working fine. Weird.
