As far as the CCC is concerned there is a closed circuit in the keyboard switch number 3.
Have you reset the error codes as per your manual?
I would start with the easiest first, disconnect the keyboard and check for a short on switch 3, if this is ok then check the wiring back to the display board which the keyboard connects to.
My best guess is that you have a faulty display, these dual side boards are somwhat difficult to repair because if is difficult to replace suspected chips and so easy to damage the tracks some of which go under the chips.
It might be an idea to send your keyboard, display and CCC to a Rowe Ami specialist in your country just to confirm where the fault lies.
