Vertical Cab Question

Hello Guys
Today i already have a horizontal cab with jpac+win32+advmenup+crt_emudrivers 1.2 with a generic 15khz brazilian chassis called Eletrocyan, i´m extreme happy with the results, and want to start a new project with a Vertical orientation cab.
The question is:
Can i  just clone all the hd, and on the vertical machine, only filter the vertical games on Advmenup, them on the groovymame, only rotate the vertical games to 90 dreeges, and the rol = 1, so the gui goes to verticall too.
Just with that, will I have the optimized configuration? Or there will be some tweak customs configurations for vertical orientation screen.
