Merit megatouch

I have a merit megatouch force radion 2005.5.  I have had this unit for a while and the other day I went to turn it on and nothing happened. so after opening it up I can hear the tube power up but no fans are turning on.  I do have a red light that comes on the mother board. I did replace the power supply in it and still have the same problem. the screen is showing nothing like its not working at all. please help.
