Have you guys seen these before? Teeny-tiny little scale replicas of Sega's big 1980's hydraulic cabinets. They look so cool, I'd really love to be able to track down somewhere to buy some from, but Google's not really being much help so far.

Hey Al, saw these about 7 years ago and they were due to go on sale for around £50 at the time (7800 Yen).

A few sample sets of the 5 minature arcade units were sold but I seem to remember reading that the manufacturer Kaiyodo withdrew the product and promissed they would return with a much larger 10 pack set and that was back in 2010!!

Had another look just and can't see them for sale anywhere now but spotted these on eBay at £160 which is just plain madness considering at their launch in 2009 the sets cost the equivalent of £10 each!

Crazy prices, even if you could still find them!

Update:

Just found this which tells you a bit more and from the look of it they still haven't reached retail so assume it's dead in the water. Maybe licensing problems with Sega maybe? Who knows!!

Well, it's not quite the same, but I've just bought one of these bad boys on eBay.

I don't really know anything about prices for arcade machines but it looks like it's calling out to you to buy it (I always preferred the original Chase HQ myself).
