Wiring question terminal blocks in control panel
« on: March 15, 2016, 01:35:33 pm »
Hi, I am trying to plan my control panel for my project and I have a question regarding the Terminal blocks . If say I have a 10 position and I bring power +5v in on one side and I have the LED button wires on the other will the power distribute to all of the buttons or do I need to wire each position on the power side to the buttons side?

Each screw only connects with the screw on the opposite side of the strip.

To use the terminal strip for voltage distribution, you can use wire jumpers or a jumper strip like this.

Yes.  That would be the wire jumper approach.   ;D
