This was a project of mine a few years ago and had forgotten about it.  The box needs a little TLC but the trackball works great.  It's a HAPP 3" and includes a 2' long harness and the mounting brackets.  Have it portable or hook it up to the front of your machine.  All you need is 2' of split loom to cover the wires.  Asking $50cad + shipping.  i live in Alberta/Canada.  Let me know if im asking too much or to little, thx :)  Those are little rubber bumpers so if you hook it up it wont scratch your cade.  Forgot to say the top is plexiglass.
