Razing Storm stuck at loading page

Hey everyone!
I got a Razing Storm arcade game that worked perfectly for about a month. Then I thought it might be a good idea to turn it off over-night so it won't overheat. Turns out that was a bad one... Because when I turned it back on the next morning it stopped loading on 45%... I have tried to restart it and have a guy who's come and look at it but he has no idea... Anyone who knows what the problem could be? I know it may not be the easiest thing to know but maybe a clue?

Thanks!

Typically means the HDD took a dump. Replace it and run the reinstallation DVD that comes with it.
