Need Help with a Control Panel Overlay

Found this amazing overlay in JPEG format but cant find the PSD file so I can move some things around.


Any help would be appreciated!

Whoever made that graphic might have known a lot about photoshop but their arcade knowledge is lacking.

Aside from the obvious fail buttons like pageup and dedicated mouse buttons it fails in a less obvious way. You couldn't actually build that panel as they didn't allow enough room for the trackball housing and rotary joystick bases and housing underneath the panel. It is also using undersized Asian start buttons for admin buttons, which won't work well in wood, which is what you would probably build with.
Acceptance of Zen philosophy is marred slightly by the nagging thought that if all things are interconnected, then all things must be in some way involved with Pauly Shore.

Where do folks get files like this from?

I like the idea of the button layout on a clean surface with a track ball, without making it a "Franken Panel" but I am lacking in photoshop/gimp skills pretty seriously.
