Popular arcade games everyone likes....except you.

I've always had this sort of love/hate thing going when it comes to FMV shooters, most particularly "Us vs Them!"  I just can't stand the fact that you can be shooting an enemy with everything you got and half the time you're lucky enough to kill it, that is if you're not getting blown to bits half the time.  I gave better credit to a certain PS1 title some years back for addressing this, but I can't even remember the name of it now.

Non arcade related, but I hated FMV shooters though I have 2 exceptions. Tomcat Alley and Ground Zero Texas ; both on Sega CD. Admittedly ground Ground Zero gets mega ---fudgesicle--- hard at the end and Ive never been able to finish it. Just play Highway to the Danger Zone on a loop and put some time into Tomcat Alley

oops, got the name mixed up.  I was thinking of Astron Belt.

I like your suggestions, but I feel like I'd rather be playing Philosoma instead, since these games are both multi-perspective and all.

I never realized how much most of my arcade love is for pre-1984 games. I have a full Mame and console emulator setup but the ArcadeSD gets the most play.
