Rowe CDM4 rejects cd after every song

I have a Rowe Nostalgia with a CDM4 player. After every song the cd gets rejected back to the carousel. Even if I make multiple selections on the same CD, the jukebox will return the cd back to the carousel then back on to the turntable to play the next track.  Any ideas? Is this normal?
