Tmnt 4 player board help corrupted images

Ok so I have this tmnt board that I have had for at least 10 years. Last time it was installed was 2005 or 6. When I took it out it worked. Now when I try and boot it up I have corrupted images and I got the usual k4 bad so I replaced the k4 with a new one and it still didn't help. The game still says k4 is bad. So what is my next line that I should be looking at? Should I be looking at the g8 chip imcm2018an45  as I hear those go bad. Well I have tried to piggyback the 2018s but to no success. Here are some pics. Also it seems like the sprites are the ones with the corruption. I'm not very good with diagnosing boards themselves so I hope to find someone who can help. I am good with a multimeter though
