Command.dat / Mame moves list

I can't for the life of me get this to work inside of MAME's tab menu.

Using MAMEUIFX .165.  Is there some setting or ini file that I have to change?

Currently have command.dat in Mame's root folder as well as in a dats folder.

Would be very nice to have access to some move lists.

Are you sure MAMEUIFX still supports it?

CPWizard supports it.
