No screen button selecting software

So I have a CD juke thats beyond repair :(
I want to keep it the way it is but run off a PC.
I need to be able to build playlist by selecting an Album (01,02 etc) then select a track (01,02 etc)
The juke just has 11 buttons (0-9 and C) and want to keep it that way.

Any ideas ?
Ive tried some programs but they are all screen based .
