J-PAC: Problem with P1 Button 5
« on: January 01, 2016, 03:45:20 pm »
Hi,

I have bought a J-PAC and connected it with the JAMMA harness and PC.
Everything works fine except P1 Button 5.
I checked everything (wire, button, switch, ohmmeter etc.) but it still does not work.
Even shorting the contact on the screw terminal (1SW5) directly does not work, i.e. the button 5 (assigned to Z) on WinIPAC Interactive Panel Designer does not light up.
But if I press button Z directly on the keybard, the button 5 on WinIPAC Interactive Panel Designer lights up
Therefore the problem seems to be directly on the J-PAC near the screw terminal.

Could the J-PAC be faulty?
Where does the track from screw 1SW5 go to?
Are there schematics from the J-PAC?

Thanks a lot and regards
