Paradise Arcade : Unable to purchase

Is anyone else having trouble buying from Paradise Arcade?  I've been trying to complete an order since the beginning of last week!  The site is super slow, and I've been unable to edit my cart or even proceed with what's in my cart.  For the money, I want to tryout their LEDs instead of buying the GGG Ice RGBs at almost $7 each with the options. 

I'm just curious if it's just our region, though I'm in Minnesota as well as Paradise Arcade.  I've tried 2 different locations with about 9 different devices.
