Good source for 22 AWG wire?
« on: November 05, 2015, 02:12:20 pm »
Hey Everyone.

I am trying to find a decent source for wire so I can have it here when I start my build(s).  I think most of you are using 22 AWG correct?

I do live in Ontario Canada so would be nice to buy it in Canada for shipping etc.

Let me know

I have been to Sayal in Cambridge, Ontario and it was great for connectors and other odds and ends. I will have to check out their wire selection next time I am in there.

Thanks Mike.  Sounds great to me :)  I will have to go check them out...  Princess Auto doesn't have anything that small.  18awg is the smallest they go to...

Another option that many use is to just buy a cheap JAMMA connector and take the wiring off of it to use - figure that way the one end of each wire already has the quick disconnect attached and you already have the ground loop made - saving a bit of time crimping the QD's on.
