Not that I know of, but you can get them used with out the coin mech switches and coin box for pretty cheap on ebay.  So for all intents and purposes it would be fake.

You can use a real one, and just not wire it, if you do not want to use coins.

I found a coin door,

http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=3265562668&category=575

Its the only one i can find.
Now just to get the money...

Can anyone find any arcade parts on ebay.co.uk ? ive been looking and all i can find is 6 red and 6 yellow buttons.

I check Happ Controls, and the only "fake" doors they have is pinball ones...
Also there like $25 each and it would be cheaper to buy a real one off ebay ( at the moment

There's nothing that says you can't buy stuff on the ebay.com site. Shipping will be more, but you'll have a wider selection. I'm in the US, but own a British car, and I buy stuff for my car off ebay.co.uk all the time. Shipping costs more, but there's a better selection. If you have no credit cards, but do have a bank account you can set up a paypal account. Just about everyone on ebay accepts paypal payments.
