IL-LUMINATION RGB 5VDC LED replacement

Hey all,

I did the LED button replacement that a few other members have posted about. One of my led lights that I got from Paradise Arcade Shop (http://www.paradisearcadeshop.com/button-leds/100-il-lumination-rgb-5vdc-led.html) didn't work out of the box. I have emailed 3 times and called them twice leaving messages both times. It's a $2 dollar part so I figured they would have no problem replacing it.

They have demonstrated poor customer service by not communicating. It's annoying cuz I need this one part to finish the cab. Does anyone know where I can order this part besides from Paradise? 
Also, beware if you end up needing something from this website. They are obviously a poorly run company.
