Monitor mount question in upright Pac machine
« on: January 07, 2004, 10:53:40 am »
I have a question about the way an arcade monitor/plastic bezel/glass mounts in an upright pac cab...

The rails in the cabinet that the monitor mounts to are at a more steep angle than the lip the glass top sits on. What this means is that the glass would be further away from the monitor at the bottom than the top. How could that be? Doesn't the plastic bezel rest on the monitor screen? If it does, it means the plastic bezel will not be level with the glass. I'm having a really hard time visualizing how to make that look right.

If anyone has an actual original pac machine, it would be a great help to see what that plastic bezel and monitor look like when you're looking at it through the glass. Could someone with an upright Pac kindly take a picture or two and post them? I'm wracking my brain..
