My order took quite some time as well. And I had the same issue with no E-mail responses... Tried calling even and couldn't get through. Had to hunt them down on this forum and openly complain before finally getting a response. What I'm a bit perturbed about, is they were the first ones I ordered from for the current project I am doing, but they were the last when it came to actually receiving. Everything else that I picked up from newegg, Amazon, Haruman, Malenko, Ultimarc in the UK even, made it here before the paradise stuff did. I can't complain about the quality of everything when it got here, all the parts were very nice and work quite well. They just seriously need to find help getting these orders in line. Yeah, I understand the problems with moving from the Island to the states.. you can move the inventory, but you can't move the help. So they are left with just him and his wife trying to get it all sorted out... and for that, you have to cut em some slack. I have spoken with her a few times, they seem like good people. I'm kinda torn on my opinions of arcade paradise. One thing for sure, is they need to commit a little more to the arcade parts business, or step aside until they can with more help.
