Golden Tee Fore! wont boot

I recently picked up a Golden Tee Fore! and it worked fine for about 3 days. Took a break from playing it and came back and the screen was frozen on the attract screen. I shut down the machine and turned it back on and now the screen gets stuck on "system status ok initializing please wait". I have checked all the voltages and they are good. Also when I turned it on the screen on the picture split in half and showed the same thing on both sides of the screen. I then plugged in a computer monitor and the picture was fine on that. When I turn it on both green leds flash along with the hard drive led flashes. When it gets stuck on the screen the two green LEDs continue to flash but the hard drive LED stops flashing. I am not sure what to check next. I have changed the video card, and the HD does not make any noises and is spinning. PLEASE HELP  I attached the picture of what the screen gets stuck on when booting.
