Trackball Mounting Plate Question
« on: January 06, 2004, 02:09:56 pm »
Ok, got my mounting plate in from Happs.  I will be routing the CP so it sits flush, then putting vinyl on top, then putting 1/8" Lexan on top of that.

Question is, how did you cut the 3" hole in the Lexan?  I want it to be perfect and would like to use the Laminate Trimming Router Bit, but I don't think it's going to work.
3" Hole Saws are like $20 and it doesn't look like they would give me a good finish on the Lexan.

Suggestions?
