Quick question about original Outrun
« on: September 01, 2015, 06:52:58 pm »
Hey guys,
I have spent some time learning about logitech wheels, and after a few hours I have finally managed to get the pedals working as brake and accelerator! WOOHOO!

My question:
When I press the gas in 'Outrun', it seems to be either fully on or just off.
Obviously my pedal is analogue and has incremental movement as seen in the joystick setup screens.

Is the original cabinets pedal for this game just on or off positions?
many thanks for your info :)

Original was analog.

Follow the directions in the MAME section of the stickied driving cab info thread.
You probably have something mapped to PEDAL INC or PEDAL DEC.
You aren't supposed to map those when using analog controls.
