WTB: Athlon 64 3700+ Socket 754 CPU with heatsink and fan

So i was buying an second hand old video card from a guy off kijiji and he gave me a NOS asrock K8Upgrade-VM800 motherboard.
It takes an athlon 64 3700+ at the top end of it's specs.

I figured that someone must have one somewhere that isn't $100 including shipping.
I can buy an entire  used 'puter for that price.

Let me know if you have one and are willing to ship to Canada

Problem is you are looking for a socket 754 which was almost absolete when the 3700+ came out -- so the higher end socket 754 athlons are hard to come by and thus more $$. (probably the reason the guy gave you that MOBO !!) - you might try going with a 3200+ or similar socket 754 as they are more abundant and reasonably priced and then just try OCing it - figure you can get one of them starting around $4 shipped from China ( http://www.ebay.com/itm/ATHLON-64-3200-SOCKET-754-ADA3200AIO4BX-FREE-SHIPPPING-/111734662040?hash=item1a03e7a398 ) or about $7 from a US source ( http://www.ebay.com/itm/AMD-ADA3000AIK4BX-Socket-754-Athlon-64-3000-Single-Core-Processor-2-0-GHz-FS-/291487247158?hash=item43ddfe6b36 )

Figure the 3200+ was only 400MHz. slower than the 3700+ and could usually be OCed 5 - 600MHz. on air so performance would be about the same as a stock 3700+.
