Right, they're Seimitsu.  You can search the board for other comments about them.  Biggest drawback is you have to unscrew and move the plastic plate to change from 4-way to 8-way.  But they'd probably be good for dedicated 4-way or 8-way sticks.

Based on the restrictor plate, isn't there also a dedicated 2-way on that stick (middle position)?
