LCD size lost when 4x3
« on: August 19, 2015, 10:54:08 pm »
Hi guys,
I've been trying to figure out what the best LCD size to get for my MAME. Does any one know how much space I would loose if I go with a 24" monitor? I wasnt sure if it got to a point where it was better to get a 20" 4x3 versus trying to get a 22-27" LCD wide screen monitor.

thanks!

A 24" in widescreen LCD will give you around a 19" 4:3 image.

If you're replying to a troll you are part of the problem.
I also need to follow this advice. Ignore or report, don't reply.

The factor is about 1.224, so e.g. 19x1.224=23.2
