Torsion Spring for The Gobbler Skill Crane

Does anyone know where to get a replacement torsion spring for a crane machine? I believe the width of the torsion spring is 3/8, but I don't know the spring torque needed.

Here is an image of the spring location:



Any help will be greatly appreciated!
