Help with new trackball...
« on: January 05, 2004, 08:26:06 am »
I got a used trackball from someone that connects to the computer with a parallel cable. How can I get windows to recognize this as a trackball?

Any ideas?

Ok... Drivers... I take it I need a driver... I tried searching for the company but cant find anything. I tracked it down to be a Honeywell Trackball Model number "TS400-500-A"

I will see what I can do. From some posts ive seen before. I should be able to use a generic serial mouse driver.

Question... Right now I have it plugged into the parallel port. Do I need a different cable or something?

Sorry.
